why didn't my promotional code or promotional offer work?Updated 2 years ago

please check the fine print associated with the promotion. there are several instances in which the code may not be accepted such as:

- there is a minimum dollar amount required that does not include shipping charges, if any apply to your order.

- the promotion is expired 

- the promotional product is not in your cart or you are adding them without having to do so (please review instructions on promotion fine print to proceed accordingly).

- the promotional discount will only apply to full-priced items.

- the promotional offer cannot be combined with another offer.

- the item in your cart is already part of a promotional deal, which is why the promotional coupon is not applying to that item.

- the promotional code was limited to one use, and you've already used the code.
